A premier law firm located in Luxembourg City is on the lookout for a Mid-Level Lawyer specialized in Commercial Litigation and Technology to enrich its vibrant team. Litigation & Technology Lawyer - Your role :

Manage dispute resolution processes: litigation , arbitration , and mediation .
Draft and review documents in intellectual property , technology , and competition law .
Collaborate to enhance expertise in corporate disputes and IP/IT.
Participate in presentations and legal publications .
Build client relationships to understand business needs.
Drive business development to attract new clients and boost the firm's reputation in IP and IT.

Litigation & Technology Lawyer - Your profile :
The ideal candidate will possess:

Between 3 and 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on technology-related cases.
Registration on the List II of the Luxembourg Bar.
Fluency in French and English ; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
A strong analytical mindset and a passion for technology and legal innovation.

Litigation & Technology Lawyer - We offer :

Attractive compensation package reaching a maximum of €95,000 gross annually , accompanied by a performance-based bonus .
