Junior Project Manager for our Change and Technology Unit - Fund Industry

We are now seeking to recruit a Project Manager for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams in order to deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.

As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams and the IT teams.

What you will do

With the business and other key stakeholder, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor and report on progress.
Work hand in hand with the business team and collaborate with business team members to measure project progress, resolve issues and deliver on time.
Collaborate with the IT Operations and Digital Factory divisions to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion of project tasks.
Monitor project progress and report on project status to senior management.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
From graduates to 2 years of experience
Knowledge of the Fund Industry is a plus.
Flexible, pro-active, structured and quality-oriented
Pragmatic and solution oriented
Work autonomously within a team environment
At ease with MS Office tools
Fluent in English. Any other languages are considered as an asset
