Within Private Wealth Operations - Investment services – Cash team, your role will be the following:
- Keep internal cash management system up to date, following payment flow (generation, communication, reconciliation, …)
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of payment instructions
- Communicate with banks and partners to ensure proper follow-up and execution
- Analyse and answer in timely manner our partners’ requests
- As part of a larger team, you may also be asked to:
- Support VAT team in the process of collection, payment and / or reconciliation of Invoices and VAT
Your profile:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or similar
- At least 1 year of experience within a similar role
- Native organizational capability, paying strong attention to details
- Team player, highly reliable with good communication skills
- You have an excellent command and fluency in both English and French
