Your Role:

Within Private Wealth Operations - Investment services - commission team, your role will be the following:

Manage the full process of commissions payments
Ensure transactional accuracy, execution and reconciliation
Perform timely period end closing activities, deliver reports and commissions documentation
Follow-up financial transactions with partners
Be proactive and willing to look for effective improvements
Assist in the preparation of regulatory and/or internal reports

As part of a larger team, you may also be asked to:

Support VAT team in the process of collection, payment and / or reconciliation of Invoices and VAT
Support Cash team in the process of instructions and reconciliation of cash flows related to policies’ transactions

Your Profile:

Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or similar
Basic knowledge of accounting rules, great mathematical skills
2 years’ experience within investment funds or life insurance industry
A very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Visual Basic being an advantage)
Native organizational capability, paying strong attention to details
Team player, highly reliable with a problem solving mindset
You have good communication skills and fluency in both English and French, any other language is an advantage
