Your mission: Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services (RCAS) department continues to grow and we are looking for people who want to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.
Sustainable Finance (ESG), Anti-Money Laundering, Risk Management, Crypto-Assets & Blockchain or Cloud Services - these are just some of the many topics that we come across in the RCAS department on a daily basis. Due to fast evolving business & technological needs, the supranational and national bodies have imposed ever more regulatory initiatives on the financial industry. This poses a significant challenge to our clients in the Asset & Wealth Management, Alternatives, Banking and Insurance sectors, as they must cope with this new influx of requirements.
Against this background, we develop strategies for our clients to transform regulatory compliance obligations into competitive advantages, thereby instilling confidence in their regulatory responses. This is done by building business resilience and embedding regulatory requirements into their operating models in the areas of processes, governance, technology and data management.
This changing world of regulations requires a diligent team that is always able to understand new developments in that field. It is in this context that we are reaching out to you!

Your mission :
You will be working in small teams and with a high degree of responsibility.
In direct contact with management at our clients, you will assist them understand and analyze regulatory and investment compliance issues , define appropriate solutions and implement them in the most efficient way.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Assist in providing investment compliance advice and eligibility analysis on financial products and/or investment strategies with regard to Luxembourg laws and CSSF’s circulars;
  
• Work on interpretations of prospectuses, CSSF’s circulars and laws;
  
• Assist clients to enhance their investment compliance organisation and procedures;
  
• Participate in investment compliance audits such as investment policies and portfolios’ reviews;
  
• Assist our clients in the production of different risk reports, e.g. Market risk, liquidity risk, concentration risk.
  

Let’s talk about you. If you have/are …

• A Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics;
  
• A strong interest in financial products and in the investment fund compliance industry;
  
• Some knowledge on regulations such as UCITS IV, AIFMD;
  
• Able to work both in team and autonomously;
  
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English;
  
• Aa keen interest to further develop practical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services.
