The Marketing Director at Resultance will play a central role in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing initiatives across our three entities (Resultance, Metrum, Macs) operating in four countries (Luxembourg, Belgium, France, United Kingdom). As the group's marketing leader, you will ensure alignment between the different teams while being actively involved in client projects as a marketing expert.
Requirements

1. Leadership and Coordination of Group Marketing (40% of the time)

• Global marketing management: Lead the marketing strategy for all three entities across four countries, collaborating closely with department heads and local office managers to ensure alignment of initiatives.
• Team management: Supervise a team of two marketing interns (based in Lyon and Luxembourg), fostering their development, especially for a senior resource with significant experience.
• Facilitating marketing working groups: Organize and oversee internal working groups involving 3 to 4 consultants, encouraging creativity and efficiency in marketing projects.
• Develop marketing tools: Propose and implement communication strategies (trade shows, events, social media, white papers) to enhance the visibility of the group.

2. Marketing Expert - Client Delivery (60% of the time)

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our PME 360 service offering: As the marketing expert for our PME 360 offering, you will play a key role in evolving methodologies, creating benchmarks, and developing action plans for clients. You will participate in diagnostics (3 to 5 half-days per mission), lead project teams, and contribute to the marketing and sales of the offering (pre-sales, events, etc.).
• Internal skills development: Actively participate in developing internal marketing expertise and be responsible for advancing methods and ensuring synergy with other services.
• Develop a new service offering: With the support of the Data & AI teams, you will have the opportunity to create a "marketing automation" service offering, complementing the PME 360 service.

3. Cross-functional and Strategic Contributions

• Engage in other areas beyond marketing: Contribute to complex or strategic missions outside of marketing (e.g., digital transformation, sector-specific roadmaps like "Digital Luxembourg 2030").
• Boost presence in the financial sector: Represent Resultance in the financial sector, leveraging our existing credentials and developing specific offerings to expand our presence in this key market.
