Vallair is a multifaceted aviation company that maximizes the lifespan and value of aircraft, engines, and parts.
We are currently looking for our futur Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
Location :
- Luxembourg
- Greet visitors and direct them as needed.
- Answer and route phone calls.
- Sort and manage emails and mail.
- Organize meetings and maintain calendars.
- Perform basic administrative tasks (printing, filing, etc.).
- Assist with travel bookings and expense reports.
- Manage office supplies and services.
- Support HR with interview scheduling and legal documentation.
- Help the marketing team with promotional items and event coordination.
- Degree: Bac +2 in an administrative or commercial field
- Desired experience: 2-3 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with office administration.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and team player
Rémunération : à partir de €35.000,00 par an
