Operations Analyst (m/f/d) - Private Debt & Funds

YOUR MISSION
- Assist with the administration and day-to-day management of the Securitization and Fund vehicles portfolios serviced by the Prime Capital Group and Prime AIFM Lux SA;
- Ensure the implementation of portfolio management decisions and ongoing maintenance processes relating to aviation debt portfolios in the private debt space, as well as fund of funds and fund-linked notes (issued by securitization vehicles and other fund vehicles) and Hedge Funds;
- Deal Support and operational input delivery to Portfolio Management and/or the Legal and Structuring Team;
- Monitor the liquidity structure of investment vehicles under management, and assist in their cash flow planning and reconciliation as well as fee and invoice controlling;

Assist with the compliance of the group’s valuation framework in particular:
- Validation of asset pricing and input data from underlying target fund managers and other reference providerr
- Reconciliation of fund accounts and validation of NAV reports as computed by external administrators;
- Prepare and manage the operational input for information and reporting tasks towards Investors, Directors, Regulators, Brokers, Databases and other stakeholders in respect of Alternative Investment Portfolios.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar positions in the financial services industry, preferably with an asset manager or fund administrator;
- Solid understanding of Accounting Principals;
- Demonstrable working knowledge of capital markets and the fund of fund investment universe, in particular with respect to fund life cycles and administrative servicing of asset management portfolios;
- Reliable self-starter with an independent work attitude as well as exceptional organisation and coordination skills, project management skills would be advantageous;
- Commercial judgment with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, with a strong focus on results and outcomes;
- Keen perception, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- English proficiency to the level of business negotiations required. German proficiency will be advantageous.
