Job Description
Banking Department
Job purpose:

• During the maternity leave and parent leave of personal counter, to conduct the day-to-day personal banking counter operational work, provide high quality service to customers and the other departments.
• To control and mitigate operational risk, making sure the daily work complies with Legal Compliance request.
• To provide high quality service to the corporate and individual customers, the other departments, front desk and back desk within Department. Implement any other tasks assigned by the Bank/Department.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

• Assists in conducting the day-to-day counter operational work.
• Contacts with the clients, assists in updating the clients KYC information on a regular basis, preserving the information in proper way.
• Receives and replies customers’ call, arranging for customer’s business appointment.
• Assists in departmental management tasks.
• Assists in managing a portfolio of corporate and individual customers for their banking needs, maintains relationships with the multi-cultural customer base.
• Updates KYC and AML information in the system.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by the Bank/Department.

Qualifications
Profile:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economic Management or Business Related Studies
• More than 1 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Fluency in English and Chinese are essential. French or German is considered as an advantage.
