Project Management Assistant for our Quality and Risk Management team - Job Luxembourg

We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Quality and Risk Management Team.

Your Next Challenge:

Log and Monitor opportunities and engagements risks with business and quality risk leaders.
Draft risk assessment and mitigation documents and contribute to internal risk management procedures.
Review weekly/monthly budget vs. actuals and provide insights to quality and risk leaders.
Review annual risk assessment.
Support and collaborate with Quality & Risk team in the preparation of periodic risk assessment activities, risk-related inquiries and risk reports.
Support Quality & Risk team in the preparation and delivery of various projects and presentations.
Be responsible to review business publications.
Be responsible for research and production of risk analysis documents.

Your Skills:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Management.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field.
Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Comfortable working with figures and able to quickly understand financial concepts.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities efficiently under pressure, and in a proactive manner.
Team spirit, dynamic and people-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Very good level of English. Knowledge of French or German will be a strong asset.
