Project Management Assistant for our Quality and Risk Management team - Job Luxembourg

We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Quality and Risk Management Team.
Your Next Challenge:
- Log and Monitor opportunities and engagements risks with business and quality risk leaders.
- Draft risk assessment and mitigation documents and contribute to internal risk management procedures.
- Review weekly/monthly budget vs. actuals and provide insights to quality and risk leaders.
- Review annual risk assessment.
- Support and collaborate with Quality & Risk team in the preparation of periodic risk assessment activities, risk-related inquiries and risk reports.
- Support Quality & Risk team in the preparation and delivery of various projects and presentations.
- Be responsible to review business publications.
- Be responsible for research and production of risk analysis documents.
Your Skills:
-
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Management.

At least 2 years of professional experience in the field.

Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Comfortable working with figures and able to quickly understand financial concepts.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-
Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities efficiently under pressure, and in a proactive manner.
-
Team spirit, dynamic and people-oriented.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Very good level of English. Knowledge of French or German will be a strong asset.
