WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proposal Manager/Writer – International Institutions

We are looking for a Proposal Manager/Writer with full-cycle commercial services proposal management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, based on business needs, and experience in working with European institutions.

In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality proposals throughout the entire proposal preparation process. Proposals cover primarily IT services, digital communication, and sourcing solutions for International Institutions.

YOUR TASKS

• You will lead the timely preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring all requirements are met and proposals are competitive.
• You will manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring overall goals are addressed throughout the bidding process.
• You will collaborate with internal teams, gathering information to align proposals with the company objectives.
• You will monitor markets, assessing tender opportunities and identify the most beneficial for the organisation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• You have proven experience in proposal management, particularly in preparing responses for European Union tenders, especially in the Information Technology sector.
• You possess a solid understanding of Information Technology and sourcing services, allowing you to align proposals with client needs.
• You have strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate opportunities for tender submissions.
• Your written expression skills allow you to produce high-quality, well-structured proposal documents.
• You are proficient in English (Level C1/C2).
• Having a working knowledge of French.
• You work independently while collaborating effectively with inter-company teams.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to varying availability needs.
