Deloitte’s Document Management Team provides a diverse range of services to support our employees in their daily business activities from Mail to Reprography, scanning and Archiving solutions.
For our print room we are looking for a Reprography Operator (m/f).

Your next challenge

Reprography process

• Printing documents (deliverables, business card…) in both colour and black and white
• Binding and finishing services to documents including wire, booklet, laminating, and in accordance with our agreed procedures
• Ensure all Reprography works are produced accurately and to specifications
• Management of requests via ticketing tool

Office supplies (back-up)

• Management of users’ requests
• Filling the cupboards

Incoming Mail scanning process (back-up)

• Mail reception and sort
• Prepare mail for digitization.
• Scanning mail into PDF-A
• Indexation in the tool
• Quality check
• Reporting and statistics

Support colleagues and work as a team to achieve the best results for users. Develop positive and professional relationships.

Your skills

• Relevant experience in the field of reprography and scanning
• Full working knowledge of print room equipment, systems and procedures
• High sense of confidentiality
• Strong organisational skills, attention to details
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• MS 365
• Adobe Acrobat
• English and French
