Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lombard International Assurance S.A. is an insurance carrier specialising in manufacturing unit-linked life insurance solutions. These solutions are distributed by various regulated intermediaries, including private banks, family offices, asset managers, independent wealth and financial advisers, wealth and insurance brokers, professional advisory firms and other advisers active in the private wealth sector.


Distribution Companies
The Group has a number of wholly owned investment and insurance distribution businesses who market and advise on unit-linked life assurance products manufactured by Lombard International Assurance S.A.

The Policy Administration Service Operator is responsible for the prompt management of all incoming phone calls and emails from our clients and partners, and for carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Policy Administration Service Operator?

• University Degree in Communication and/or relevant professional experience/training
• Relevant similar experience would be an asset
• Ability to analyze a situation and obtain information to reach sound conclusions
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines; pro-active, focused attitude towards work
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written): ability to communicate and manage external relationships with clients to a strong professional standard
• Service-oriented and results-focused, capable of ensuring a high service level to high-end clients
• Ability to work independently with strong ability to take ownership
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Professionalism and Customer service attitude
• Problem-solving and solution oriented with the ability to be proactive when issues arise
• Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and positive attitude in all situations with great team spirit
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Additional assets:

• 1-3 years of experience in the field
• Experience in Finance or Insurance
• Knowledge of Luxembourg AML laws
Any European language other than English is an absolute asset.
