Satellite Software Defined Radio Demonstrator Intern

- Work in the System Engineering team within SES Engineering in Betzdorf, Luxembourg
- Work in the 5G team within System Engineering on a 5G NR-NTN test setup, which aims to test novel 5G test link technologies for satellite link use cases using 3GPP NR-NTN
- Automate test procedures of a 5G NTN test link including a User Equipment emulator, a channel emulator and a base station emulator in 5G NR-NTN setup
- Use Python and scripting languages to automate test configuration and results collection
- Current student in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or in a relevant area
- Strong interest in coding required, preferably Python but any relevant coding experience is considered a good basis
- Good practical electronics knowledge is considered a big advantage
- Highly motivated learner and practical problem solver
- Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
- EU-citizens or work permit for Luxembourg
- Flexible working policy
