Supply (Cover) Teacher
Temporary role (irregular hours)
Required from September 2024
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Secondary Supply (Cover) Teacher to support staff in the Secondary School. The successful candidate will be keen to support and enable students to achieve across the 11-18 range.
Job Purpose:
- to carry out professional duties and to have responsibility for assigned classes;
- to be responsible for the day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the students, during on-site and off-site activities;
- to promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy.
You will have:
- Teaching Qualification (any subject)
- Experience covering or delivering lessons or work to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (aged 11 to 16 years)
- Outgoing and confident in ability to build relationships with students
