Caretaker
Full-time / Permanent Role

Job purpose:
This is an important role to manage the School's buildings, playgrounds, equipment, events preparation, and parking circulation, in a professional manner and within Health & Safety requirements.

Your tasks:

• Plan and coordinate preparation of rooms and spaces for lessons or meetings
• Plan and coordinate any maintenance of equipment and premises
• Responsible for security handling at the School
• Supervise and monitor parking and school access in morning and afternoon
• Maintain the school grounds/playground areas

Your profile:

• Technical knowledge in electrical, heating, ventilation or air conditioning would be beneficial
• Proficient English. French or German would be an advantage
• Service-oriented, safety and teamwork minded
• Must have a responsible attitude and work within the school guidelines
• Computer literate (Excel, project management software, Office 365)
