In order to support the growth of our Sustainability Advisory Services team, we are currently looking for a:
Sustainability Advisory Senior Manager/Director (m/f)


You will be joining our Sustainability Advisory Services activity as a leader of the team, collaborating on a day-to-day basis with larger multinational dynamic consultancy team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the sustainability advisory practice, including strategy definition, identification of new business opportunities and client relationship management;
• Act as the primary advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on sustainability risks, opportunities and compliance with ESG regulations; develop tailored sustainability strategies that align with business objectives of clients across various industries, with a focus on the financial sector;
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of sustainability projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints;
• Mentor and manage a team of sustainability professionals, ensuring performance, collaboration, and continuous development;
• Represent the company at conferences, sharing best practices and positioning the firm as a leading provider of sustainability advisory services;
• Stay informed on emerging sustainability trends, innovations, and regulatory changes, to ensure the advisory practice remains at the cutting edge.

REQUIREMENTS

If…

• You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field;
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related field, with an expertise in the financial sector;
• You speak English and French fluently;
• You have a deep understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies (e.g. CSRD, SFRD, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD etc.) and their application across various industries, with particular expertise in the financial sector;
• You demonstrate ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and build long-term client relationships;
• You have proven leadership skills, with experience in building and managing teams, developing new business activities, and leading cross-functional initiatives;
• You have an analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and interpret large amounts of information and produce clear, concise and organised summaries;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels;
• You are able to anticipate future sustainability trends and challenges, and translate them into strategic opportunities for the advisory practice;
