Transfer Pricing Intern
ROLE DESCRIPTION

Based in Betzdorf (Luxembourg), you will contribute to the SES Tax Team to learn and enhance your finance (or tax) education practical skills and to help you further your career.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsiblities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the update of SES Group transfer pricing documentation including the Master File and Local Files for SES Group entities
  • Participate in functional analysis interviews and preparation of interview reports
  • Perform economic analyses including benchmarking studies and valuations
  • Prepare presentations for various external and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with coordination of inputs for Tax Risk Memorandum preparation
  • Support the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax teams with any other projects on an ad-hoc basis


YOUR PROFILE
1. You must
  • Current university student preparing a Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
  • Strong English business writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including Power Point and Excel experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
  • EU-nationality / valid work permit for Luxembourg.

2. It would be nice if you had
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of valuation techniques
  • Additional languages especially French
