Short description:
Within the Arcelor Mittal Europe Flat Products CMO Industry organization, you will be part of two teams.
You will work 51% with the pan-European Reporting Center of Excellence team, and 49% with the Quality Assurance – Processes and Audits team.
In this hybrid role, you will play a key role in providing management necessary steering-tools by clearly identifying general trends and exceptions. As well as by supporting performance and progress analysis.
Accuracy & reliability of your analysis is crucial, as they will support business follow-up and the decision-making process.


Main Responsibilities:


Data Visualization Analyst (51%) :

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to drive business insights and decisions.

• Using specialist tools (Tableau) to present data in visual forms such as dashboards.

• Working with managers and business analysts to establish briefs for data-related projects.

• Continuously optimize and improve the performance and usability of data visualizations.

• Check and test the quality / accuracy of data visualizations
  

Audit Support (49%):

• Support Compliance Officer to coordinate CMO ISMS (Information Security Management System) to maintain TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certification Level 2 for AM FCE perimeter requested by German OEMs.

• Perform the sustainability risk assessments for new customers to evaluate potential risks associated with an organization’s activities 'environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects.

• Support with regular monthly and quarterly Sox controls in scope of Flat CMO

• Support the audit team with the needed reports and evidences

• Contribute to the ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certification and participate to the External Audits Afnor (preparation and organisation)

• Collaborate for presentations to support the quality management system (QMS) for Flat CMO perimeter; KPI calculations, documentation and dashboarding.
  

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Business / Finance

• Knowledge of quality standards; ISO9001 and basics for IATF16949 (Automotive)

• Language: English mandatory. Knowledge of French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau Desktop

Eligibility criteria to V.I.E contract:

• Be 18 years old and under 28 on the date you submit your application
• Be French and/or a citizen of the European Economic Area.
• Be a French citizen or have a dual nationality including French, having carried out the obligations of national service.
• Have a clean criminal record

You’ll be joining a diverse team made of Analysts, Compliance officer, Quality experts & auditors; either based in Luxembourg or Saint Denis (France). In total 3 for Process and Progress Support (PPO) and 6 for Operational Pricing and Reporting
