ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATOR

- Report to Academic Heads.
- Provide administrative support to academic heads, students, staff and community.
- Serve as a source of information for students, staff and parents.
- Provide liaison between administration and staff to ensure effective operations for the office.
- Managing a Database efficiently and well organized.
- Overseas the daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the academic front desk.
- Keeping track of office stationery, printing paper and pantry supply for stock replenishment.
- Proficient in translation to Mandarin Language, both verbal and written.
- Carry out particular professional duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Principal.
- Aware, comply and commit to all RAS child protection, health, safety, security policies, and procedures of the school.
- Minimum Diploma or preferably a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- Have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in administrative role in educational industry.
- High level of integrity and conscientiousness.
- Empowered to take initiatives and display a sense of ownership of position.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and Mac Book familiarity.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
- Ability to communicate in Korean would be an added advantage, though not necessary.
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to speak to children and firm.
- Emotionally mature with a very good sense of humor and friendly making great impressions to guests.
