Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and SQL Accounting software.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Assist in verifying documents prepared by the administrator.
• Provide necessary documents for audits.
• Prepare daily business reports for the director.
• Handle calculations efficiently and accurately.
• May need to travel to the bank or government departments.
• Liaise with the main office in KL and outsourced accountants as required.
