Requirements:
· Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
· 1-3 years of experience in sales within the furniture or related industry
· 100% willingness to travel and work outdoors
· Knowledge in Marketing or related fields
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with negotiation abilities
· Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and design aesthetics
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and staying updated on industry trends
· Effective collaboration with internal teams
· Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients in the furniture market, understand their needs
· Showcase furniture products, highlighting features and benefits
· Work with clients for custom furniture solutions
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
· Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order processing
· Provide post-sales assistance, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
· Stay updated on furniture design trends to align with market demands
· Communicate customer preferences to the design team and contribute to product development
· Represent the company at furniture trade shows
· Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management
