Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above.
· Must have min 2 years working experience in related field.
· Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

Responsibilities:
· Be a brand ambassador and actively promote Ricebowl.MY and Maukerja.MY as the Ideal Talent Partner to customers both existing and new.
· Provide great customer experience through consultative approach Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
· Responsible for managing customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact.
· Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
· Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve financial result.
· Carry out professional sales activities which shall include respond to sales inquiries, sales presentation at client site, manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects, etc.
