Account cum Admin Executive/Assistant

Qualifications:
- Must have at least minimum Certificate/Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting / full set of account.
- Have basic in using Auto Count and SQL system
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply
- Managing and preparing full set of accounts.
- Manage daily accounts operations and data entry.
- Ensuring records and transaction are accurately updated.
- Handle account receivable / payable duties.
- Assist and preparation on monthly closing in management reports and accounts.
- Ensure proper filing of accounts records and documentation.
- Support in all document's circulation and storage.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and regulations.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the management and as when required.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Attention to details.
- Language preferred: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
