ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

- Minimum Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply / Min 0-1 year experience
- Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Liaising with financial institutions on banking facilities – BG application, balance confirmation, support letter for tender submission and etc.
- Working closely with other department/team within the Group of Company, internal and external clients (suppliers/vendors/etc.)
- Maintaining the billing system (receivable/payable).
- Generating invoices and accounts statement.
- Perform monthly account reconciliation.
- Assist in general financial management and analysis.
- Good knowledge level of the industry required.
- Managing account receivable/payable, budgeting and treasury, troubleshooting and to carry out any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Asst. Finance Manager from time to time.
- Communication between with internal and external clients and end clients
- Financial accounting and account payable operation, troubleshooting and maintenance challenges
- Account receivable/payable schedule, budget, expenses, claims and reporting
- Company’s budget vs expenses
- Department performance in delivering the service package
- Interacting with the head of departments, project managers, sales engineers, and sales coordinators.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers/principals for remittance of payments and monthly statements.
- To follow up the status of payment and invoice to make sure payment to be received in timely manner.
- Language preferred: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
