- Handle full set Singapore and Malaysia account:
- AP - Update vendor invoices to system & payment/T and statement reconciliation
- AR - issue invoice/DO/ Quotation, debtor aging report, and call to chase payment Responsible for daily accounting activities and preparing monthly reconciliation
- Intercompany transaction
- Cashflow management
- GST and SST submission
- Liaise with banker and corporate secretarial, auditor and tax agent
- Liaise with production on stock level
- Monthly submit CPF for SG, EPF, SOCSO and EIS for Malaysia Salary and payroll related task
- Operation admin:
- Liaison and arrangement with order raw material from supplier Liaison and arrangement with logistic and customer
- Ad-hoc works that maybe given by superior from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
- Experience candidate 1-2 years are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
