Company Overview
The company’s core businesses include car painting, train painting, building painting, renovation/interior design for 7 eleven, my news, sub way, A&W, etc, and renovation projects from government.
Responsibilities:
· Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, and GL functions.
· Prepare and process payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of materials and supplies used in projects.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, analyzing expenses to ensure budget adherence and profitability.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for financial audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
· Handle daily finance and accounting operations, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
· Undertake any specific tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Candidates must possess at least a minimum Diploma or higher Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
· Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure.
· Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
· Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
· Good team player and able to communicate well.
· Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting software.
· Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an added advantage.
· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
· Willing to work in Batu Caves, Selangor.
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
