Company Overview
The organisation is one of Malaysia’s most trusted and leading manufacturers of portable cabins, labour quarter cabins, PU cabins, engineering works, etc. It is specialist in temporary site facilities, site enabling work and involved mainly in modular construction and prefabrication construction, with more than 30 years’ experience.
Responsibilities:
· To carry out site measurement, site valuation and follow up on site progress claim
· To assist in site coordination and site overall delivery.
· To request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers, analyze and prepare tendered evaluation report.
· To assist in company project tender exercise including costing.
· To determine quantity for site measurement and taking off.
· To prepare monthly claim report and assist contract manager.
· To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget.
· To value completed work and prepare document for handover purpose.
· To understand special assignment, adhoc function and related duties when required.
· Perform any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree, professional degree in quantity survey or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years experiences in related industry.
· Hardworking and able to multi-task
· Able to lead, initiative and independent
· Good negotiation skills
· Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
· Possess own transport.
· Able to work under fast paced working environment
· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
