Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma and above in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Immediate availability is an added advantage. Fresh graduate can apply.
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and budgets.
- Advise and assist Project Manager on compliance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare and monitor monthly progress claim and final accounts.
- Attend site meetings and conduct site valuation as necessary.
- Manage the procurement of materials and to monitor the delivery, recording and compilation of invoices and delivery notes.
- Work independently, handling projects with minimal supervision.
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
