Job Description
Main Duties:
1. Operation oversight: assists in managing day to day operations, including
workflow, process optimization & resource allocation
2. Staff supervision: supervise & support operational staff, conduct
performance evaluation
3. Process improvement: identify areas for process improvement & implement
strategies to enhance efficiency & effectiveness
4. Coordination: work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with
operation goals & objectives
5. Reporting: prepare & analyze operational reports, track KPI & present to
senior management.
Requirements:
6. Qualifications Requirement: Degree
7. Working Experience: 3-5 Years
8. Language and Dialect: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
9. Age: 25-30
10. Sex: Male
11. Special Aptitude: Analytical, Hands-On, Communicative, Leadership,
Mathematical
12. Nurse Preferable

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
