The company is a manufacturer based in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in air filtration products, including ceiling filters and air cartridge dust collectors. Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue billing invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
· Prepare purchase order, sales order, delivery order, and other trade-related documents.
· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
· Process goods exchange, returned, write-off and issue credit notes wherever applicable
· To update data entries into system, filling and keeping track of documents.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least SPM.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
· Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
