Accounts Executive (Full Set Acc)- Construction/Engineering- DesaParkCity

To overview all the companies’ account process and accounting report in systematic and fulfil with the company practice.
Responsibilities
1. Data Entry:
  • Enter financial data into accounting software and excel databases with accuracy and completeness of data entries.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Process PO, invoices, bills, and receipts.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
  • Manage all the invoices from supplier and contractor.
3. Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation quarterly or annually of closing report and financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Help in compiling and analysing financial information for internal and external reporting for third parties like MCMC, auditor or management team.
4. Record Keeping:
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing of PO, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
5. Liaise with Third Parties like Audits, Tax Agent, Banker or Government parties:
  • Support external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information not limited to resolving their finding and recommendations.
  • Liaise with company tax agent and company secretary for necessary process.
6. Expense Tracking:
  • Monitor and record company expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports and reimbursement requests.
7. Budget Assistance:
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Help track budget variances and report on financial performance against budget.
8. Compliance and Procedures:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
  • Assist in maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
9. Communication:
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues related to billing, payments, and other financial matters.
  • Provide customer service support for financial inquiries.
10. General Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Assist to financial institutions’ documentation submission.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education level: Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Job Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in an accounting role.
  • Professional Certifications: Optional
  • Languages: Chinese, English and Bahasa Malay
  • Have knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software - SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to do Full-Set account.
  • Been worked for construction industry will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
