JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Astro Media Solutions is a high-performing and collaborative team dedicated to growing and maintaining strong relationships with direct clients and media agencies. We work hard and fast to influence buy-in and drive success in the advertising industry. As the ADEX Analytics Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the advertising industry, gaining invaluable experience and skills that will future-proof your career. as this role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership opportunities, ensuring you develop a versatile skill set that is highly sought after across various industries.
Key Responsibilities and Growth Opportunities:

Revenue Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize advertising revenue across various platforms.

Market Analysis: Strengthen AMS strategy and consumer insight products by analyzing market trends and performance data.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct advertising market share analytics to understand competitive positioning.

Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to manage commission startegy.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and commission earning.

Pipeline Analysis: Track and analyze the internal sales pipeline to forecast revenue and identify potential gaps.

Automation: Automate the tracking of revenue and sales pipeline to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Insights and Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key advertising partners and stakeholders.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue, commission performance, market share analytics, and automated tracking systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of more than 8 years in advertising revenue management, market share analytics, and commission planning.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Experience with automation tools and dashboarding solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and automation tools.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or other languages is an added advantage.
- Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong team player.
