Full Job Description

• Persuade, negotiate and push for payment arrangement.

• Perform daily outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment.

• Effectively follow-up call to get payment from debtors.

Requirement

• Minimum requirements:

• - SPM without experience training will be provided.

• - Diploma and above without experience training will be provided.

• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Candidates with collection experience will be an advantage.

• Target oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision.

• Exhibit strong negotiation skills.

• Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels.

• Fresh graduate with good communication skills will be encourage

Minimum requirements:

• Basic education.

• Minimum 1 year working experience in any fields.

• Candidate with collection experience will be an advantage.

• Manage customer/clients professionally. Training will be provided.

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other language.

• Target oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision.

• Able to start work immediately.
