Accounts cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
· Assist in general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations activities.
  • Perform office -based administrative duties
  • Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as and when required, maintaining payment records, office supplies, etc.
  • Deal with email enquiries
  • Assist in recruitment - shortlist candidate, arrange interviews, staffs duty roaster
  • Prepare training materials
  • Conduct briefings for casual employment staffs
  • On the job guidance for new casual employment staffs
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Assist in preparing quotations, billing to clients
  • Perform any task assigned by management from time to time.
  • Organize office operations and processes, such as expenses reports, handling correspondence and supporting Account related tasks.
  • Assist manager with bookkeeping and other tasks.
Job Requirements
  • The candidate must possess at least a STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1-2 years experience in related field will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good personality, ability to multi-task and result oriented.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to attend to on ground support during regular business hours, as well as occasional evenings or weekends if necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
