Advertising Sales Manager

Working mode: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Salary package: Basic (up to RM7K) + Commission (Team commission)
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Performance Advertising Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales efforts in Malaysia. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed performance advertising revenue targets in the Malaysian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and partners to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, brands, and media buyers.
  • Create compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and offerings.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our advertising solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members to achieve their targets and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 year working experience of Digital Advertising/ Digital Media Agency or E-Commerce digital platform in sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in performance advertising sales, preferably in the Malaysian market.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including SEM, social media, display advertising, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
