Assiatant Operation Manager/ Area Manager

Position Title: F&B Assistant Operation Manager
Industry: F&B
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business and manage operating costs.
Develop and execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
Ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery.
Develop, review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and ensure SOP is observed and carry out consistently for all branches.
Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
Identify ways to increase work efficiency and productivity.
Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Preferably managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Have knowledge of food control and product quality skills.
Independent, resourceful, and a people manager with good communication skills.
Self-motivator and passionate about the F&B industry.
Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
