Job Responsibility :
  • To plan Fabrication schedule and daily production schedule.
  • To establish plate layout and maximize plate usage without wastage.
  • Monitor and follow up on project's status and progress.
  • To purchase material with reference to BOM and ensured correct material been used for project fabrication.
  • Report the project status to Production Manager with daily production performance and achievement.
  • Resolve production issues and provide with effective countermeasure.
  • Communicate with Customers on product specification and delivery requirements.
  • Delivery arrangement and corresponds with transporters to ensured on time delivery.
  • To ensured compliance to require procedures and code.
Education / Qualification:
  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Background of mechanical or manufacturing engineering, welding, CAD or equivalent
Experience:
  • Good hands-on experience in setting-up machines.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently, self motivate & hardworking
  • Good experience of Auto Cad software.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills
