• Nurture relationships with recruitment agents, including telephone and email communication. Conduct regular visits to approved agent offices across SEA to interview prospective students and engage with agency staff.
• Support the coordination of student recruitment activities throughout SEA, including interview programs and education fairs, providing prospective students and other stakeholders with relevant and accurate advice regarding University’s offer.
• Support SEA team to in planning and delivering conversion activities to increase enrolment into programs offered by UK University.
• Pre-assess applications, conduct compliance interviews and provide recommendations regarding the issuing of an offer of admission using the templates and systems provided by the University, following the guidelines and procedures prescribed by the University.
• Conduct background and financial checks of prospective students, on behalf of the University, to ensure that they meet the entry requirements.
• Complete a monthly activity report and share relevant market updates, including reviewing an interpreting student data, with the University client.
• Support the University’s marketing activities, social media calendar by suggesting content, sharing relevant information on with prospective students, parents, agency counsellors and other key influencers.
• Assist with distributing relevant marketing activities/promotions as specified by the University.
• Conduct school and institution partner visits to build sustainable relationships with staff and delivering presentations advising high school, college and university students about applying to the University.

• Completion of a degree and/or relevant combination of skills and experience.
• Experience in the education industry with at least 3 years.
• Demonstrated experience in international education recruitment or experience in sales and meeting/or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the SEA’s higher education sector and relevant high school and university sectors.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups, and with a diverse range of people and organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, as well as work independently using initiative and judgement.
• High level of responsibility and accountability for completing tasks within specified timeframes.
• Uses own expertise and seeks others’ expertise to achieve team and division goals.
• A valid passport with the ability to travel across Southeast Asia.
