- Support Admin Manager on daily office administration
- Assist Admin Manager in planning, organize, enforce, and oversee the implementation of emergency, safety and health policy in the company
- Ensure fire equipment service carry out as per schedule and keep track of fire equipment license's renewal.
- Assist Admin Manager to apply, update documents and maintain file for all government and authorities’ application
- Monitor and track closely all company vehicles' road tax, puspakom and insurance expiry date for renewal purpose and to ensure renewed in a timely manner before expiring
- Monitor and track closely all company business license, permit, certificate and policy insurance expiry date and to ensure renewed in a timely manner before expiring
- Supervise dispatch and personal driver
- Visitor management such as visitor access, visitor parking and refreshment
- To ensure security guard carry out their duties as per company requirements such as policy related to visitors, safety and etc.
- Handling of company access card and barrier gate system such as issuing new access card, liaise with contractor or vendor on failure of system and etc.
- Assist in organizing company activities such as Annual Dinner, Company Trip etc.
- Responsible to apply travel visa and purchase air ticket for Director
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
