Role Purpose

Key Accountability

• Drive and execute the strategic assessment of the partnership (existing and future) in view of performance / priorities for MAG.
• Support the initiation, implementation and development of the different joint businesses, including coordination with MAG business units and coordination with partners
• Support the management of joint steering committees / negotiations / meetings with airline partners and Steering Committee for Pillar 3 of MAG Business Plan
• Lead for specific workstreams / mini projects or analytics work to support decision making related to partnership strategy for MAG
• Manage negotiations with partners

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Law, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration with at least 7-8 years working experience in fields related to business planning, analytics or strategy. Strong preference towards candidate with airline commercial background
• Master in Law, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration at least 4-5 years working experience in fields related to business planning, analytics or strategy. Strong preference towards candidate with airline commercial background

Key Challenges

• Ability to effectively support the execution of the identified partnership priorities and plans in a cohesive and timely manner
• Ensuring the targeted joint-business agreements are implemented according to the expected timelines by working closely with key airline and regulatory stakeholders
• Ability to work cohesively with other working groups within MAG and airline partners' working teams to ensure seamless implementation of the targeted partnerships and incremental revenue in line with expectation
