Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Solve purchaser queries regarding defects and maintenance for all projects
- Monitor and/or coordinate the appointment made by sale & admin department
- Attend to purchasers who had lodged complaints and had their complaints attended
Plans, schedules, assigns, and leads the work of skilled and semi-skilled workers involved in the overall maintenance, repair, and construction of roads, park grounds, drainage, facilities, plumbing, and electrical utilities.
Vacant Possession Management
- Coordinate and manage the inspection process for vacant possession handovers of newly completed properties.
- Ensure that all units are properly prepared before the handover to new owners or tenants, including conducting thorough inspections of the premises.
- Oversee and manage defect rectification works prior to the handover to ensure all issues are addressed.
- Liaise with contractors and other parties to ensure that all defects identified during inspections are resolved promptly.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all inspections, defects, and handover processes.
- Minimum Degree in Property Management or equivalent.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
