Assistant Operation & Maintenance Supervisor

- To execute more complex maintenance works including trouble-shooting, repairing, preventive maintenance test run and servicing of plant machineries, equipment and facilities
- To lead and supervise maintenance works, troubleshooting and inspection.
- To manage electrical and mechanical installations to ensure it is in good working condition with proper records.
- To ensure all electrical protective equipment installation and are in good condition.
- To ensure fire protective system – Firefighting panel, fire extinguisher, heat & smoke detector, hose reel and pumps are in good working conditions and comply with regulations.
- To manage a system to ensure spare part and necessary equipment are available.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on work according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut down, and overhaul works.
- To conduct periodic preventive maintenance for machines and equipment.
- Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc.) as specified by the maintenance department procedure
- Attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building after office hours.
- Report any potential problems/hazards and recommend and/or take remedial actions.
- To attend complaints or raised issues by tenants or vendors.
- To assist in any other suitability assigned duties.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month

- working experience in related field: 3 years (Preferred)
