- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Team Management: Assist in managing a team of Takaful Advisors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
- Client Engagement: Support advisors in client meetings, providing expertise on Takaful products and services, and ensuring clients receive accurate and comprehensive advice.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the sales performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide insights that will help drive sales and product development.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
