Job Description
1. Attend morning meetings to report on previous day's quality.
2. Conduct in-process inspections and provide immediate feedback on quality issues.
3. Participate in quality improvement activities.
4. Support production as required and follow instruction from superiors.
5. Engage in 5S and Kaizen activities to maintain cleanliness and process improvements.
6. Adhere to working standards, procedures, and safety rules.
7. Report any issues or troubles to superiors.
8. Record and file production data accurately.
9. Assist with sieving/sorting media and ensure machine checklists are updated.
10. Manage solvents, change D.I water for cleaning machines, and update all checklists.
11. Replace dry filters for ovens, assist with filter changes for unit coolers, and ensure adequate stock of solvents and compounds.
12. Assist in machine maintenance, filter changes for distiller oven machines, and verify completion of yearly maintenance tasks.
13. Participate in scheduled Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
14. Any other ad-hoc as per assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
2. 3 - 5 years relevant experience in machining or production role.
3. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
4. Familiarity with quality control, safety procedures, and maintenance tasks.
5. Good organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
