Requirements:
➢ Minimum of SPM Certificate
➢ 1 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
➢ Able to at least operate a coffee machine
➢ Required computer literacy skills:

MS Word
MS Excel
MS Power Point
MS Team

➢Able to speak Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
➢Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
Responsibilities:
➢ Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages according to SOP.
➢ Servicing customers and taking orders.
➢ Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
➢ Ensure the stocks are well maintained at all times.
➢ Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
➢ Cleaning service and seating areas.
➢ Promoting, describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
➢ Customer service skills and knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
