Job Summary
The Brand Building department is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and increase market share. The team collaborates with various internal stakeholders to create integrated marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and product launches, that align with the brand's objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Job Descriptions
- Execute brand plans with precision and efficiency.
- Assist in creating detailed action plans for brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with Digital Transformation, Media, and PR teams for campaign execution.
- Support brand activation at the area and channel levels.
- Contribute to the development of ideas for existing products or NPD (New Product Development) with the Brand Development team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Experience in beauty industry or FMCG would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
