• Overall in charge of the operation and management of the building including maintain proper documentation and records.
• Liaise between the various parties e.g. Management Owners / Tenant etc.
• Any other duties to be assigned by the Management Council from time to time.
• Attending monthly council meeting.

Requirements: * Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

• Good analytical mind, self-starter, and able to start work independently.
• Fluent in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
• Attractive remuneration for suitable candidate.
