Job Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance work for all Sovotel Properties.
• Works closely with property managers and property team to ensure that rooms and property is in acceptable condition.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, aircond and handyman job.
• Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgement.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
• Repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic items.
• Carries out preventive maintenance work
• Carries out property visits to ensure that property is in operational condition.
• Any duties instruct by superior

Job Requirement

• Candidate that have experience at least one year in building maintenance
• Have hospitality exposure/background.
• Willing to travel between Sovotel properties.
• Pleasant personality and willing to learn attitude.
• Able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.
• Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency.
• Honest, efficient and professional at all times.
