The Opportunity
- Arrange travel and logistics for team events, meetings, and workshops.
- Support senior colleagues with various administrative tasks, including timesheet management and staff onboarding.
- Assist in generating client invoices and managing project documentation in alignment with Arup standards.
- Coordinate interviews for vacation students and graduates while managing team calendars and distribution lists.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency.

Is this role right for you?
- Considerable experience in administrative support within a consulting or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive mindset, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
